Question if the gear oil is empty well the truck not move?

Yes the truck will move. That is if you have not run it empty long enough to freeze up the bearings back there.
If you can remove the bottom square threaded plug in the housing. (if it's really empty that is, otherwise it will drain) then check if there is any little filings or pieces of metal on the end of the plug. If not, refill and hope for the best. If there is, then you may need to replace the internal components. Good Luck
