** Mary of Gueldres (1433â€"1463), queen consort of Scotland, was the daughter of Arnold von Geldern, Duke of Gueldres (Burgundy, France), the wife of James II of Scotland and the mother of James III of Scotland
** Mary Tudor (1495â€"1533), queen consort of France, was the daughter of Henry VII of England, sister of Henry VIII of England, wife of Louis XII of France and the grandmother of Lady Jane Grey.
** Maria of Austria (1505â€"1558), queen consort of Hungary, daughter of Philip I of Castile, wife of Louis II of Hungary and Bohemia.
